But Millie Ravening had other plans. She scored again in the 93rd minute, putting Stoke City ahead 2-1. In a tense moment, Liverpool Feds had a chance to equalize through a penalty, but Cathy Anderson missed, giving Stoke City renewed hope of progressing.

Millie Ravening then completed her hat-trick, scoring in the 114th minute to secure a 3-1 victory for Stoke City Women and send them through to the FA National League Cup quarterfinals.
