A promising midfielder

Stoke City's search for young talent has led them to Wictor Gromek, who had a highly competitive season with Lecce U-19 last year. He played around 30 matches, including in the UEFA Youth League, one of the most important competitions for future stars of Europe's biggest clubs, where he featured in two matches totaling 150 minutes.

It's worth noting that Wictor Gromek also had an important stint with Burnley U-18, where he competed in the Premier League U18 and gained some experience in England. Now, rumors indicate that Stoke City is interested in this player, with an agreement nearly in place for the 19-year-old midfielder.

He is considered one of the biggest prospects for the Polish national team, having done great work in the youth divisions of his country, although he has yet to debut for the senior team. However, given his promising future, it's clear that he will do so in the coming years.

Stoke City continues to seek ways to bolster the squad for the upcoming season. Steve Schumacher is particularly enthusiastic about young players, as they promise significant potential under the guidance of assistant coach Chris Cohen.

Cohen has a track record of enhancing the capabilities of young players, improving them in every facet both footballistically and mentally, to ensure their stable development.
