After a thorough search for a new manager, Stoke City has appointed 37-year-old former footballer Chris Cohen as the new first team manager of Stoke City FC.

The club is confident that Cohen is the right choice to lead the team in the upcoming season, especially given his outstanding work at Lincoln City, where he guided the team to the League One Play-Offs, marking an impressive start to his coaching career.

A Respected Former English Footballer

Chris Cohen was an exceptional footballer, who, despite not being widely recognized as a midfielder, stood out with over 400 matches played for teams such as West Ham United, Yeovil Town, and Nottingham Forest.

The trust placed in the 37-year-old manager is also complemented by his assistant, Steven Schumacher. Both are expected to work effectively together to succeed in the upcoming season with The Potters, aiming to reach the Play-Offs in the EFL Championship and ultimately secure a return to the Premier League.
