Stoke City Looks to Sign This Former Plymouth Argyle Player

Keeping a close eye on the EFL Championship, The Potters have identified an ideal player for the full-back position. At 28 years old, he still has much potential to offer any team and could be a key player for Stoke City in the upcoming season.
Currently, Mickel Miller, the 28-year-old English full-back, is without a club. He has significant experience in the EFL Championship, having played for Rotherham and Plymouth Argyle. Additionally, he had a stint in Scotland with Hamilton Academical FC at the start of his career.
Mickel Miller’s Last Season
In the 2023/24 season, Miller played in the EFL Championship with Plymouth Argyle, featuring in 37 matches, scoring one goal, and providing one assist. He played a versatile role, operating both as a left midfielder and a left-back.
After the season ended, Miller's contract with Plymouth Argyle expired, leaving him without a club. Stoke City is closely monitoring this player, who can offer great offensive play down the wing while maintaining his defensive duties, making him a valuable asset for The Potters in the next season.

It is worth noting that Miller was also a champion of the Football League Trophy with Rotherham in the 2021/22 season and won the English 3rd Tier Championship with Plymouth Argyle in the 2022/23 season, adding two titles to his résumé as a footballer in his career in England.
Despite various rumors surrounding Stoke City, there is still no clear indication of the club's next move. However, the priority should be focused on signing a forward who can guarantee goals, something the club has been missing for a long time.
