Giannelli Imbula has been a solid presence in Toulouse midfield so far. To be honest, he is someone Stoke City can use right now. The pairing of him and Joe Allen would be perfect in the middle.

The Frenchman leads Toulouse in passing completion percentage at a rate of 86.9%. That is higher than Joe Allen’s 83.7%, who leads the Stoke in the same category. He also leads the French side in dribble completed as well, with two per game.

The Potters are pretty thin at the midfield position as well. While the Welsh Wizard is solid, Darren Fletcher has been lackluster. Besides those two, there aren’t really depth in that position. Geoff Cameron is capable of playing defensive center midfielder, but he is not an ideal option.

His last appearance was prior to the international break when Toulouse suffered a 2-1 defeat at the hands of Nantes.
