FanSided wants to find its ‘Fan of the Year’ – is it you?

We all love a competition. We all like to prove we’re the best. Here’s an opportunity to do exactly that.
FanSided would like to offer readers and users all across its network the opportunity to enter.
So, what exactly is this about?
FanSided are looking for the most dedicated, excitable and downright committed sports fan.
In a network-wide search, entrants are required to stake their claim as the right to hold the title of “Fan of the Year”.
To do this, fans must submit either a 200-word written piece or two minute long video simply stating why you are the best fan and why you deserve to win!
What can I win?
Of the all the entries received, five finalists will be selected. These five finalists will each receive a free year-long subscription to SportsIllustrated magazine.
Of those five, one lucky winner will receive an all-expenses, three night trip for two to New York City!
FIights, accommodation and tickets to see the SportsIllustrated Sportsperson of the Year crowned. Not bad for just proving how high your ‘Fanmanship’ rating is.
Who can enter?
Entry is open to anybody who is over the age of 18 and legally resides in any of the 50 States.
How can I enter?

Not long. The window to enter closes at 11:59 PM ET on November 4. Yes, that is this evening!
